Graduate profile

Upon completing their postgraduate studies within this program, the student will be able to:

Identify the regulations and criminal principles applicable to a specific legal conflict. Interpret the criminal law in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic and the universal values ​​of justice, common welfare and legal security.

Solve the criminal cases that are presented to him in his work as an advisor, sponsor, public servant, justice or academic operator.

Propose solutions for the social problems raised in their environment, which are related to crime and its consequences.

Defend the fundamental rights of people through the fight for the validity and execution of criminal guarantees. Promote the development of tools that, from the criminal sciences, can contribute to the development of the country and the improvement of the quality of life of citizens. Promote the application of the paradigms that structure the criminal due process.
