The Master in Human Talent Management is aimed at integrating talents into the general management of the organization, promoting solutions to achieve a balance between the needs and interests of companies in relation to their productive situation in society, as well as , to the needs and interests of employees based on their growth and professional development.

The new demands of the globalized market have also generated new pressures on organizations: it is necessary to be competitive, produce more with less, innovate, optimize processes and stay ahead of the competition. Our organizations have faced these demands with large investments in machinery and high information technology, but it is increasingly evident that the transformations happen through people, their talent and the correct management of that individual and organizational development.

These requirements generate the need to offer specialized graduate level training in human resource management and organizational development, connecting this knowledge with organizational strategy; This training is aimed at Labor and Organizational Psychologists and business administration professionals who are currently linked to the direction and management of Human Talent in city organizations and for those who are developing their professional careers in development areas organizational and human talent.

What learning outcomes related to the domain of paradigms, theories, categories or conceptual systems, methods and languages ​​of integration of knowledge, profession and research, will the future professional of the graduate program develop?

What learning outcomes related to the management of methods, methodologies, models, protocols, processes and procedures of a professional and investigative nature will be guaranteed in the implementation of the graduate program?

Use the Human Talent Management tools by competencies to carry out with the greatest effectiveness its role of direction and management of the recruitment, selection, position evaluation, performance evaluation, remuneration and variable compensation subsystems.

Know to know:

What learning outcomes related to epistemological horizons, cognitive abilities and research competences are necessary for the future practice of the fourth-level professional? Direct and manage Organizational Development processes, promoting the strengthening of organizational structure and culture appropriate to organizational objectives.

Be:

What are the values ​​and principles, within the framework of the dialogue of knowledge, interculturality, universal, critical and creative thinking and respect for the rights of good living, that will be promoted in the professional training offered by the program?

Manage the knowledge and tools necessary to direct and manage organizational processes, knowledge management, training and development, organizational change, organizational culture, internal marketing and organization in lifelong learning. These skills and knowledge can be applied as part of a Human Talent, Organizational Development department and as an external consultant.
