The master's degree in Telecommunications is aimed at the specialized training of professionals capable of responding to the changes, demands and opportunities of the sector, through the analysis and modeling of wireless communications networks and systems, optical communications, data centers, management and network security, design and management of technological projects, business and service models, sector regulations; capable of designing, managing, developing, implementing and operating state-of-the-art telecommunication systems and networks, all in order to offer better technological skills to the different public and private companies related to the area.
It is a professional master's degree that aspires to train people with critical thinking and high professional capacity, which contribute to the generation and application of knowledge, in a context of ethics and social respect, thus contributing to the integral development of our environment.

Graduate profile
At the end of the program, you will be able to design, manage, direct, implement, secure, operate, control and audit telecommunications networks and systems, especially in those cases that include new technologies and services, in accordance with good industry practices. . It may intervene in negotiation, contracting, and inspection processes with manufacturers, distribution channels, operators, clients of telecommunications systems and services; attached to plans for quality, security, and continuity of systems and services; as well as performing managerial, operational and administrative functions in the field of ICT.

Entry requirements
Professionals with the minimum third level degree that has a registration code in the SENESCYT in the areas of:
• Electronic Engineering.
• Telecommunications engineering.
• Systems engineering.
• Engineering in Telematics and the like.
Admission process
Applicants must pre-register on the website of the postgraduate department (https://www.uazuay.edu.ec/admisiones/posgrados/), here they must upload documentation such as the third-level degree, their updated CV, certificate of approval of English at the university that graduated (in case of not having a certificate of approval of English, the UDA will take an exam that demonstrates a level B1), and passport-size photo. Once the pre-registration has been made, for this, the registration must be paid (50 USD) through the payment button with any credit card, in the University Treasury or by deposit or bank transfer to the following accounts:
