The Master of Business Administration aims to train business leaders with cognitive and investigative skills and abilities and with knowledge of tools that allow them to develop critical decision-making to improve their skills in management, human team management and business performance in benefit of society and business transformation.

He can also function in the academy as a university teacher, due to his solid multi and interdisciplinary training, in which administrative, economic and social areas converge. In addition, it is capable of managing organizations efficiently, by designing business plans, formulating and evaluating projects and identifying the impact of the economic environment on companies. He is a creator of companies and new businesses; manager of your own company, or hold senior management positions, with an attitude of service and awareness towards cultural diversity, beliefs, customs, values, ideas, continuous updating, social practices, and sustainability. Develops the ability to diagnose financial situations in organizations, sales management methods and manage projects. Strengthens investment and financing decisions aimed at maximizing the value of the company, in search of benefits for society. It prepares ethical professionals with adequate capacities and tools for the design, elaboration and application of strategies, aimed at social entrepreneurship from an analysis of the environment. It links the education sector with the productive sector to promote the development of the region.
