Committed to the economic reality and the requirements of the business market, the University of Azuay presents the Master's Degree in Accounting and Auditing, mentioning Internal Auditing.
The program is aimed at developing knowledge and providing techniques in the fields of accounting and auditing, training critical and humanistic leaders who contribute to the strengthening of public and private companies, and who support organizations in meeting their institutional objectives, minimizing risks and seeking to maximize the economic benefit and the efficiency of the processes.

Graduates will be able to resolve paradigms of business management and accounting sciences; and to offer its qualified services in companies in the productive and social sectors, organizations, institutions and businesses linked to the private, public and independent sphere.
Graduates will be able to relate the theoretical knowledge acquired in the learning process, in addition to the legal and technical foundations related to the accounting and auditing application, being fundamental within organizations to seek the fulfillment of functions, activities, and responsibilities, ensuring the reliability of the information and the efficiency of the processes, which will support timely and correct decision-making.
The training will be aimed at guiding, implementing and strengthening the field of Internal Auditing, in order to contribute to business growth and sustainability.
The program will train competitive, creative, innovative, humanistic leaders and sensitive to national and world reality to be change managers. Social responsibility will be strengthened, promoting the ethical behavior of professionals.

Professionals whose academic backgrounds demonstrate aptitude to carry out postgraduate studies in Accounting and Auditing, and whose contribution is reflected in the strengthening of competitive professionals capable of putting into practice the knowledge, abilities, skills and values, to act in a specific context that influences in individual, social and work development.
• A third level degree is required in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Auditing, Finance, and related areas related to studies in the business and business field.
• Certificate of proficiency in English B1.
• Comply with the registration and admission processes defined by the Universidad del Azuay.
Applicants must pre-register on the website of the postgraduate department (https://www.uazuay.edu.ec/admisiones/posgrados/), here they must upload documentation such as the third-level degree, their updated CV, certificate of approval of English at the university that graduated (in case of not having a certificate of approval of English, the UDA will take an exam that demonstrates a level B1), and passport-size photo. Once the pre-registration has been made, for this, the registration must be paid (50 USD) through the payment button with any credit card, in the University Treasury or by deposit or bank transfer to the following accounts:
