The health, economic and social reality that the country and the world are experiencing have aggravated the educational situation, which makes it necessary to train Ecuadorian teachers in skills related to management, didactics and the integration of ICT. Train fourth level teachers in the ability to approach, critically and reflectively, the main topics of education by applying theoretical, conceptual and methodological tools that contribute to the development of our students and their learning process. 

The country's education can benefit through professionals capable of generating innovative proposals that respond to real contexts based on equity and focused on the study of learning climates that need transformations and adaptations, based on the research lines of the program, delimiting its field of study and contextualizing its proposals in response to the local educational reality. Thanks to the development of teaching skills in areas related to management, teaching and ICT, our societies will be able to benefit from a transformation of the educational task, improving their quality of life in the personal and professional spheres. 

Graduate profile

The professionals graduated from this Master's Degree, at a general level, will be able to: Critically analyze the main theories and concepts related to the education and training of teachers in the classroom; education and educational management; education and technologies that strengthen and sustain their practice.  

Mention in Learning Management mediated by ICT:

Select the theoretical foundations of the different epistemological approaches from techno-pedagogical models in teacher training to make judgments with scientific criteria and develop educational research.
