Graduates of the Human Talent Management program with a mention in Management 3.0 will be able to manage the strategic skills necessary to link Human Talent management with the productivity and competitiveness objectives of organizations, based on the correct use and knowledge of different technological tools of management that allow institutions to be improved from a systemic point of view and business social complexity.
Graduates of this master's degree will have better skills to plan and develop human talent management strategies that allow them to achieve business objectives. Your knowledge of management models for the complexity inherent in people will be greatly strengthened.
The graduate of our master's degree will have better levels of knowledge of collaborative, multidisciplinary and inclusive management models, fostered in correct personnel management strategies that adapt to different industries.
