Graduates of the Human Talent Management program with a mention in Management 3.0 will be able to manage the strategic skills necessary to link Human Talent management with the productivity and competitiveness objectives of organizations, based on the correct use and knowledge of different technological tools of management that allow institutions to be improved from a systemic point of view and business social complexity.

These professionals will be trained to carry out high-level professional activities in local, national and international companies, either within human resources departments, in consulting companies and from technical or managerial positions.

Graduates of this master's degree will have better skills to plan and develop human talent management strategies that allow them to achieve business objectives. Your knowledge of management models for the complexity inherent in people will be greatly strengthened.

The graduate of our master's degree will have better levels of knowledge of collaborative, multidisciplinary and inclusive management models, fostered in correct personnel management strategies that adapt to different industries. You will be prepared to develop innovative projects based on the use of new digital collaboration technologies and to understand and manage big data applied to human resources. In this way, it will contribute to better planning and execution of the available resources to meet the needs of workers, leaders and owners of organizations.

Entry requirements

The program is especially aimed at those professionals linked to Human Talent Management and/or Organizational Development, preferably with a third-level degree registered with SENESCYT (Labor and Organizational Psychologists, Lawyers, Industrial Engineers, Business Administrators) or who have experience working in the area.

• Have a Third Level degree registered in SENESCYT.
• In the case of a third-level degree obtained abroad, it must be duly apostilled or legalized by consular means in accordance with Art.22 of the RRA.
• Comply with the online registration process by attaching the supporting documentation of the resume and detailed requirements.
• Approve the defined admission process. 

Admission process

Applicants must pre-register on the website of the postgraduate department (https://www.uazuay.edu.ec/admisiones/posgrados/), they must load:

• Passport size photo
• Title of third degree level,
• updated CV,

The registration fee (50 USD) must be paid through the payment button with any credit card, or at the university treasury, or by deposit or bank transfer to the following accounts:
