The health, economic and social reality that the country and the world are experiencing have aggravated the educational situation, which makes it necessary to train Ecuadorian teachers in skills related to management, didactics and the integration of ICT. That is why it is imperative to train fourth level teachers in the ability to approach, critically and reflectively, the main topics of education, and to apply theoretical, conceptual and methodological tools that contribute to the development of students and their learning process. .
The country's education can benefit from professionals capable of generating innovative proposals that respond to real contexts, based on equity and focused on the study of learning climates that need transformations and adaptations. Thanks to the development of teaching skills in areas related to management, teaching and ICT, our societies will be able to benefit from a transformation of the educational task, and thus improve their quality of life in the personal and professional spheres.

Entry requirements
• Have a third-level university degree in the educational area registered with SENESCYT. If you have a different degree from the educational area, you must prove your experience of at least three years in education. In the case of a third-level degree obtained abroad, it must be duly apostilled or legalized by consular means in accordance with Art.22 of the RRA.
• Proficiency exam in English or presentation of certification.
• Comply with the online registration process, attaching the supporting documentation of the resume and detailed requirements.
• Approve the admission process defined by the Postgraduate Department of the University.
Admission process
Applicants must pre-register on the website of the postgraduate department (https://www.uazuay.edu.ec/admisiones/posgrados/), they must load:
- Passport size photo,
- Title of third degree level,
- updated CV,
- Certificate of English approval at the university you graduated from. If you do not have an English approval certificate, the UDA will take a proficiency exam.
The registration fee (50 USD) must be paid through the payment button with any credit card, or at the university treasury, or by deposit or bank transfer to the following accounts:
