The Master's Degree in Interior Design responds to a growing demand for design and architecture professionals who, after completing their third level studies, wish to specialize their training in the field of interior design, with an emphasis on projects for commercial and work spaces.

The contents of the program contribute to the development of skills for a harmonic, effective and coherent resolution of the design project, by putting into play elements and tools that allow optimal conditions of comfort and spatial functionality to be achieved, focused on the particularities of the user and their environment.

Our commitment is to train professionals capable of facing design projects in the interior space with an innovative vision and sensitive to the significant characteristics of the spaces.

At the end of the Master's program, the students will be able to:

· Prepare interior design proposals in spaces for commerce, exhibition spaces, offices, workshops, industries, etc.

· Generate creative concepts that respond to current problems of society.

· Participate in multidisciplinary projects, contributing to comprehensive solutions in dialogue with architecture, furniture, user experience and new technologies.

· Contribute with professional criteria that respond to the improvement of the experience and well-being of people in the interior space.

Entry requirements

The master's degree is aimed at professionals in the project areas of interior design, architecture and product design, interested in focusing their profession on interior design projects with an emphasis on commercial and work spaces.

The program offers the necessary inputs for both professional development and in the educational sector, generating the necessary skills for teaching in the areas of interior design projects and workshops.

Admission process

Applicants must register on the website of the Postgraduate Department
www.uazuay.edu.ec/admisiones/postgrados, they must upload: passport size photo, third level degree title, identity card and updated CV.
