The objective of this program is to train specialist doctors in Gynecology and Obstetrics with high scientific knowledge, adjusted to local and national reality; with appropriate professional skills and abilities; with appropriate fundamental values ​​and behaviors, comprehensive vision and critical thinking, in a way that promotes the well-being of the patients who come to their consultation.

Entry requirements

Applicants must register on the website of the Postgraduate Department (https://posgrados.uazuay.edu.ec/convocatorias), they must upload the following documents: 

1. Citizenship card for nationals and passport or identity card for foreign applicants.

2. Professional title of doctor.

3. Title registration certificate at SENESCYT.

4. Certificate of registration in the ACESS or whoever acts as such.

5. Certificate of approval of the CACES professional qualification exam, if applicable.

6. Certificate of rural medicine approval.

7. Certificate that proves command of the English language level B1 or higher, with a maximum validity of 4 years at the date of application.

8. Resume with supporting documents.
