Apply the most recent technologies in the field of engineering and maintenance management, both for information management and obtaining quantitative performance estimators, as well as for equipment instrumentation, and information processing that allows to implement, or manage predictive monitoring systems.
Apply management, monitoring and control processes of the activities related to maintenance services, segregating equipment by its importance or criticality, to achieve maximum availability, and with full knowledge of its reliability.
Plan and execute the budget for maintenance services in order to maintain the value of the facilities and its standards, applying a vision of the maintenance function as a sustainable business.
Link the results of the maintenance services with the parameters of the operation and/or its indicators of efficiency and competitiveness.
