The Master in Process Management is focused on generating value through the analysis of business structures and continuous improvement. This program provides advanced knowledge in Process Management, including Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement tools. You will develop skills to design, optimize processes and indicators, make decisions based on data, lead improvement projects in various service and manufacturing sectors, communicate effectively and work as a team. In addition, strategic thinking aligned with process management is encouraged to achieve long-term goals.

The Master's Degree in Process Management is aimed at professionals with a third-level degree in areas related to Administration, Engineering and other areas of knowledge related to the administration and management of both service and manufacturing organizations.
Applicants from other fields will be considered if they demonstrate relevant experience and are admitted by the admission panel.
Applicants must register on the Postgraduate Department website: www.posgrados.uazuay.edu.ec They must upload: passport-sized photo, third-level degree, identity card and updated CV.
