The Specialty is designed so that participants: Critically handle contemporary teaching-learning models applied at the university and centered on the learner and understand the teaching-learning processes with an approach centered on pedagogical mediation and the use of languages and contemporary technological resources. Design and manage educational projects in the various areas of knowledge with the support of virtual learning environments and in accordance with national, regional and local development plans. And, in the context of the Organic Law of Higher Education and its regulations and the Regulations for the Career and Ladder of Academic Personnel of the Higher Education System, participate in a better way in public competitions for merits and opposition for admission as full academic staff. and for tenured professors, their promotion of their ladder degree.

Graduate profile

It will answer the basic questions of knowledge, structured as follows:

Know: What learning outcomes related to the domain of paradigms, theories, categories or conceptual systems, methods and languages ​​of integration of knowledge, profession and research, will the future professional of the graduate program develop? - Understands the teaching-learning processes with a focus on pedagogical mediation and the use of contemporary languages ​​and technological resources. - Integrates the learning of his area to conceptual and methodological elements of other areas of knowledge and university training. Know How: What learning outcomes related to the handling of methods, methodologies, models, protocols, processes and procedures of a professional and investigative nature will be guaranteed in the implementation of the postgraduate program? Designs and manages educational projects in the various areas of knowledge with the support of virtual learning environments and in accordance with national, regional and local development plans.

Knowing Knowing: What learning outcomes related to epistemological horizons, cognitive abilities and investigative competences are necessary for the future practice of the fourth-level professional? He understands and integrates current psychopedagogical and curricular currents into his teaching practice. It will answer the basic questions of knowledge, structured as follows: Being: What are the values ​​and principles, within the framework of the dialogue of knowledge, interculturality, universal, critical and creative thinking and respect for rights of good living, which will be promoted in the professional training offered by the program?
