The Master in Process Management is focused on generating value through the analysis of business structures and continuous improvement. This master's degree addresses key business problems, such as operational inefficiencies, lack of strategic alignment, data-driven decision making, analysis of process complexity.

This program focuses on optimizing processes, aligning activities with business objectives, improving results, understanding internal dynamics, establishing and monitoring key indicators, and improving quality and customer satisfaction.

This program provides advanced knowledge in Process Management, including Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement tools. You will develop skills to design, optimize processes and indicators, make decisions based on data, lead improvement projects in various service and manufacturing sectors, communicate effectively and work as a team. Entry requirements

The Master's Degree in Process Management is aimed at professionals with a third-level degree in areas related to Administration, Engineering and other areas of knowledge related to the administration and management of both service and manufacturing organizations.

Applicants from other fields will be considered if they demonstrate relevant experience and are admitted by the admission panel.

 

Admission process

Applicants must register on the Postgraduate Department website: www.posgrados.uazuay.edu.ec  They must upload: passport-sized photo, third-level degree, identity card and updated CV.

Registration (50 USD) must be paid through the payment button with any credit card, or at the university treasury, or by deposit or bank transfer to the following accounts:
