The health, economic and social reality that the country and the world are experiencing have aggravated the educational situation, which makes it necessary to train Ecuadorian teachers in skills related to management, didactics and the integration of ICT. That is why it is imperative to train fourth level teachers in the ability to approach, critically and reflectively, the main topics of education, and to apply theoretical, conceptual and methodological tools that contribute to the development of students and their learning process. .
The country's education can benefit from professionals capable of generating innovative proposals that respond to real contexts, based on equity and focused on the study of learning climates that need transformations and adaptations. Thanks to the development of teaching skills in areas related to management, teaching and ICT, our societies will be able to benefit from a transformation of the educational task, and thus improve their quality of life in the personal and professional spheres.

Analyze the pedagogical models and didactic sequences, from a sociocultural approach to teaching, in the curricular areas: Language, Literature, Mathematics, Social Sciences, Natural Sciences present in the academic debate, to guarantee significant learning and relevant to the various contexts.

Entry requirements
Professionals with third-level university degrees, registered with the Senescyt, preferably in the broad field of education. For other fields of knowledge, the applicant must prove experience of at least three years in the field of training of the master's degree.
Admission process
Applicants must register on the website of the Postgraduate Department
www.uazuay.edu.ec/admisiones/postgrados, they must upload: passport size photo, third level degree title, identity card and updated CV.
Registration (50 USD) must be paid through the payment button with any credit card, or at the university treasury, or by deposit or bank transfer to the following accounts:
